Torfaen's first Wind Turbine

The Councils first wind turbine can be found at the Eco-building, 1-4, Springvale Industrial Estate, Cwmbran. The eco-building has had a small wind turbine along with photo voltaic (solar) panels fitted to help with its energy requirements.
